WARD MARSH' AERCOUPE

Attached are images of the Restoration with wings attached (for the 1^st time in more than 10 years) and the scallop pattern taped out, the wings returned to their racks (which I designed and built) masked and sanded, same after scallops are painted red, lastly, the insignia blue detail stripe added (today). 

For those of you who have not attempted this kind of paint scheme, the detail stripes took fourteen hours of masking for 30 minutes of shooting.  Worth every second of it, too!  The wings are now officially finished and are merely awaiting attachment.  Next will be the continuation of the scallops on the fuselage.  Click the photos to enlarge them.
