ROD PANZER'S SONEX PROJECT

Just click each picture to enlarge it.  These pics were taken on Tuesday, just before I moved it from my garage in El Sobrante, to the Nut Tree (in Woody's trailer). 18 months to this stage (600 hours). Wings are ready to assemble on fuse, then about two days of final wiring/plumbing/etc. Then calibrating and testing. The cowling needs one final coat of paint before it is ready. I'm sharing a hangar with Duke and Woody.. Woody and I will do a show and tell for one of our meetings, and I can explain why my plane is superior to his etc.

The finished aircraft was displayed during the Young Eagles Rally on April 19.  Nice work Rod.  How about some pix of the construction process.  Also don't forget to include the first flight episode Rod.
