March 2, 2007 - Letter of concern (airport encroachment) sent to City Planning staff, Mayor of Vacaville, Councilmembers, FAA, State of California, Airport Manager, County officials and AOPA..  Also Part 77 from CalTrans showing proposed buildings.  Submissions by David Aronson.  Copy of letter, Part 77s and other documents.

March 16, 2007 - Meeting with City Planner and staff assigned to the Snell project.  History leading to the high density and close proximity of buildings proposed in the Nut Tree Project Phase II revealed.  Staff offered that it would be reviewed by the ALUC as well as others prior to ruling. The time-line was months as the city was more interested in the hotel/conference center proposal.  Staff was very helpful.  Copies of the residential proposal were received.  Submitted by David Aronson

March 30, 2007 - AOPA sent copies of Nut Tree Project Phase II.  Submitted by David Aronson

April 16, 2007 - John Collins, AOPA confirms materials received.  Wants to be kept informed of all developments

April 17, 2007 - Joint EAA1230 & SPA meeting.  Nut Tree issues overview.  Initial discussion of Friends of Nut Tree organization.
